Healing Trauma Seminar

Trauma has become easier to talk about these last few years, but it has always been part of the human experience. And it will always be with us.

In addition to the crises we’ve all seen since 2020, you may have additionally endured:

• loss of a loved one
• the pain of unmet needs
• an unexpected life change
• emotional or physical abuse
• prolonged recovery from illness or injury

These can result in deep and often hidden distress that we live with daily. We can become trapped in cycles of emotional and relational brokenness, unable to find a way out. Sometimes, it’s because we need the courage to face old wounds, and sometimes we’re just unaware that the source of our suffering is the long-lasting effects of trauma.

In this seminar, we’ll look at the many sources of trauma, how we get stuck there, and how God has provided for us to be set free.
