Sunodía School of Ministry: Internship Program
Purpose
Sunodía Prayer Counseling ("Sunodía") aims to spread the message of the essential relationship between healing and discipleship. Additionally, it is to be instrumental in seeing prayer counseling become a regular part of the spiritual disciplines of churches in our community and beyond.
The Prayer Counseling Internship aims to train the Intern to be used by God in His work of healing the broken-hearted and setting captives free. The Intern's focus will be to assist others in finding and dealing with root causes of relationship problems and to co-labor with the Holy Spirit, expecting to see real change in the lives of those who come for prayer.
As the Intern experiences the process of God making people whole from the inside out, they will gain experience as a prayer counselor and a ministry leader. Their work will include supporting Sunodía, their church, and other community members. Under Sunodía's supervision, the Intern will learn about prayer counseling and gain valuable insight and experience in the day-to-day operations of a small charitable organization.
The training an Intern receives will help prepare them for consideration as prayer counselors for Sunodía or their church; or equip them for their practice.
